ingredients

Marinade Mix

  • 1 1/2 tsp atsuete powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/8 cup LORINS VINEGAR
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pcs. dahon ng laurel
  • 1 SAKTORAP PATIS

For Sauteing

  • 1/4 kg chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into adobo chops
  • 1/2 can liver spread
  • 2 pcs siling labuyo
  • Cooking oil

procedure

  1. Marinate chicken for 15 mins w/ marinade mix.
  2. Drain chicken, set aside marinade sauce.
  3. Heat oil and sauteĢ garlic and chicken.
  4. Pour in marinade.
  5. Add liver spread and simmer until the sauce thicken. Serve.
