LORINS Bagoong Mussel Soup

ingredients

  • 1/4 kg tahong, washed and cleaned
  • 1 bundle kangkong, leaves separated and stems sliced into 3 inch lengths
  • 1 1/2 cups rice washing
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pc Ginger, smashed
  • 2 tbsp LORINS BAGOONG

procedure

  1. Place the tahong, kangkong stalks, ginger, LORINS Bagoong mixed with rice washing and onions.
  2. Boil for 12 minutes. Add the kangkong leaves. Allow to simmer for 8 more minutes.
  3. Serve.
