LORINS Bagoong Rice
- 1 pc egg (cooked; cut into strips)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- ½ tbsp. ginger, minced
- ¼ cup fresh kangkong (water spinach), chopped
- 1 sachet (30g) LORINS BAGOONG
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Cooking Oil
- Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and kangkong in cooking oil.
- Add Lorins Bagoong and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
- Top with spring onions and egg strips.
