LORINS Bagoong Rice

ingredients

  • 1 pc egg (cooked; cut into strips)
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium size onion, sliced
  • ½ tbsp. ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh kangkong (water spinach), chopped
  • 1 sachet (30g) LORINS BAGOONG
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cooking Oil

procedure

  1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and kangkong in cooking oil.
  2. Add Lorins Bagoong and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Top with spring onions and egg strips.
