LORINS Bicol Express
- 1/4 kg pork belly, cut into big strips
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 pcs. siling haba and labuyo, chopped diagonally
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 tbsps. vegetable oil
- 1 medium size onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 1 LORINS SAKTORAP ALAMANG GUISADO
- LORINS Patis (for seasoning)
- Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
- Add the large pork strips and cook until light brown.
- Add LORINS SAKTORAP Alamang. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
- Add the coconut milk and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add LORINS Patis and pepper for seasoning. Mix it well then simmer for another 5 mins. Serve.
