LORINS Bulalo

ingredients

  • kg beef shanks
  • small cabbages
  • 1 bundle Pechay
  • 3 pcs Corn, cut into parts
  • 2 tbsp Whole pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green onions
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tbsp.LORINS fish sauce

procedure

  1. Boil water then add beef, onion, whole pepper and corn. Simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Add LORINS Fish sauce, cabbage, pechay, and green onions.
  3. Serve hot.
