LORINS Chicken Binakol
- 1 pc sayote
- 1/4 cup malunggay
- 1/4 kg chicken cut into serving pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small ginger, crushed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 SAKTORAP PATIS
- 1/2 cup coconut meat; slice
- 3 cups coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Sauté ginger, garlic, and onion.
- Add chicken and sauté until light brown.
- Pour in LORINS SAKTORAP PATIS.
- Add coconut water and meat then simmer for 30mins.
- Add sayote, pepper and malunggay leaves.
- Simmer for another 5mins. Serve.
