ingredients

  • 1⁄4 kg pork belly, sliced thinly about 2-3 mm thin
  • 1 SAKTORAP PATIS

procedure

  1. Marinate the pork belly in fish sauce for about 30 mins.
  2. Deep fry the pork strips in batches for 3 to 5 minutes or until color changes to golden brown.
  3. Drain excess oil in a kitchen paper towels then serve.
