LORINS Crispy Liempo
- 1⁄4 kg pork belly, sliced thinly about 2-3 mm thin
- 1 SAKTORAP PATIS
- Marinate the pork belly in fish sauce for about 30 mins.
- Deep fry the pork strips in batches for 3 to 5 minutes or until color changes to golden brown.
- Drain excess oil in a kitchen paper towels then serve.
