LORINS Filipino Lumpia

ingredients

  • 1⁄4 kg ground pork
  • 1 cup carrots mince
  • 1/4 cup onions, mince
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp coriander ground or mince
  • 1/4 cup garlic, mince
  • 1 SAKTORAP PATIS
  • 2 pcs labuyo
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 20 pcs lumpia wrappers
  • Oil (for frying)

procedure

  1. Sauté ground pork until brown,
  2. Drain excess fat, add onion, carrot and LORINS SAKTORAP.
  3. Wrap all mixture then deep fry until light brown.
  4. Drain and serve.
