LORINS Ginataang Mais
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup glutinous rice (malagkit)
- 1 cup white sugar (as desired)
- 1 can whole kernel sweet corn
- 1 can LORINS Gata
- 2-5 leaves of pandan, knotted
- In a pot, combine glutinous rice and water.
- Let simmer then boil until tender. Stir occasionally to avoid rice from sticking on the pan.
- Add LORINS Gata. Let it boil.
- Add sugar and corn. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix continuously until desired consistency.
- Serve warm or cold.
