LORINS Lumpiang Labong

ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 can mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, boiled
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 20 pcs. lumpia wrapper
  • 2 tbsps. oil
  • 2 tbsps. flour
  • 1 LORINS SAKTORAP ALAMANG GUISADO
  • LORINS Patis (for seasoning)

procedure

  1. Heat oil and add LORINS SAKTORAP Alamang in a hot pan.
  2. Add the bamboo shoots, mushrooms and bell pepper.
  3. In a separate container, combine flour with LORINS Patis and egg white.
  4. Mix the cooked LORINS SAKTORAP ALAMANG and vegetables with the flour mixture and roll inside lumpia wrappers.
  5. Fry them until golden brown and then serve.
