LORINS Nilasing na Hipon sa Taba ng Talangka
- 250g of shrimps
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp LORINS Patis, for seasoning
- 3 tbsps LORINS Crab paste
- Pepper & oil
- Boil shrimp and remove the whiskers. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in butter and add beer.
- Add the LORINS Crab Paste then season with LORINS Patis and ground pepper.
- Simmer in low fire until the sauce thickens then add shrimp.
- Mix well until the shrimp is fully coated with the sauce then serve.
