LORINS Pinakbet

ingredients

  • 1 medium size Ampalaya (Bitter Melon), sliced diagonally
  • 2 pieces eggplant, cut into wedges
  • 4-6 pieces okra, cut diagonally
  • 2 pieces tomatoes, cut in slices
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 sachet (30g) of LORINS BAGOONG
  • Fried fish or pork
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil, for sautéing
  • ¼ cup Broth/water

procedure

  1. Sauté the garlic, onion and tomatoes, then add the pork/fish and sauté for another minute.
  2. Lower the heat then add vegetables: ampalaya, okra, and eggplant.
  3. Add the broth and bagoong. Boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are done.
  4. Stir then serve.
