LORINS Sarciadong Liempo sa Tausi

ingredients

  • 250g. pork liempo
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. LORINS SAKTORAP Patis
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. tausi

procedure

  1. Fry liempo until light brown. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes, then add water.
  3. Season with pepper and LORINS SAKTORAP Patis. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add fried liempo then add the beaten eggs and tausi. Serve.
