LORINS Savory Chicken

ingredients

  • 250g chicken wings

marinade

  • 1/2 sachet LORINS SAKTORAP Patis
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Butter
glaze
  • 1/2 sachet LORINS SAKTORAP Patis
  • 1/2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

procedure

  1. Sauté garlic with butter. Mix all marinade ingredients with LORINS SAKTORAP Patis.
  2. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
  3. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  4. Add water, brown sugar, lemon juice, and LORINS SAKTORAP Patis in a pan. Let it boil until mixture thickens.
  5. Glaze and serve!
