LORINS Sinigang na Sugpo

ingredients

  • kg Shrimp
  • 12 pcs small tamarind
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 bundle kangkong cut
  • 3 pcs green chili
  • 2 tbsp. LORINS fish sauce

procedure

  1. Boil water with tamarind for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove pulp.
  3. Add onions, tomatoes and LORINS fish sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimps, green chili and kangkong. Simmer again for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
