LORINS Taba ng Talangka Rice

ingredients

  • 1 whole garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 bunch kangkong
  • 1/4 ground pork
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 2 tbsp LORINS Patis, for seasoning
  • 4 tbsp LORINS Crab paste
  • Pepper & oil

procedure

  1. In a hot pan, sauté the garlic, ground pork, kangkong, beaten eggs and LORINS Crab paste in oil cook for about 30 seconds.
  2. Season with LORINS Patis.
  3. Add the rice and cook until rice is fully coated in the crab paste then add beaten eggs.
  4. Stir then serve.
