  • 5 Chicken skin from thigh
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup Cooking oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Lorins Coco Suka (for dipping)
Instructions
    STEP 1.
  1. Preheat a deep fryer or a large pot of oil to 375°F (190°C).
  2. STEP 2.
  3. Season the chicken skin with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. STEP 3.
  5. Carefully place the seasoned chicken skin into the hot oil.
  6. STEP 4.
  7. Fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy.

  9. Remove the fried chicken skin from the oil and drain on paper towels.
